Book a stay
In a beautiful setting, Elfriede and Charles MICHEL offer you a warm, genuine welcome in their authentic half-timbered Alsatian farmhouse, known as "Bi's Anstetts". The Michel family courtyard was immortalized by Alsatian painter Charles Spindler, who captured the legendary "Hans im Schnockeloch" here. Gite Coquelicot is set in an 18th-century Alsatian farmhouse, on the upper floor of a separate house from the owners. Enjoy spacious flowered balconies and the peace of a large, sunny courtyard. The traditional home is decorated in regional style, providing comfort, warmth, and harmony. Once, this was a large working farm. Laundry room: shared washing machine, vacuum cleaners, ironing boards, cleaning utensils (free), kitchen towels provided, and shelter for drying clothes. Elfriede and Charles are happy to advise you on outings, walks, festivals, regional markets, and local events during your stay. Local tourist offices are also available. Central gas heating is available for an extra charge. The individual meter will be read on arrival and departure with both guest and owner present. Parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
